Another progress.
No further planking for the moment until the scale detailed cockpit settlement is completed :

Getting ready to start a 1/4 scale EON Olympia IIb.
This build will be very helpful.
Can hardly wait until you get to the canopy!

It's hard to tell from the photos--are all the gussets on the vertical and horizontal tail flush with the ribs and surface outlines? Are there ply cap strips on the ribs?

No Shinck, no caps on ribs, and the 0,4mm ply gussets are not flushed with ribs, only carefully bevelled on edges but they very slightly protrude. Thanks for interest
Scott, the soldered tube canopy will be not easy to complete !

Marc, how do you achieve the nice curve in the door. Is it laminated from two pieces of ply?

Steve

Nice joinery! The interior really looks nice painted and with the details! Very time consuming but exquisite!

And here a new version of the panel instruments, I was a little disappointed. The orange of inscriptions is too red..I have placeda real aluminium plate for the board. So I improve the whole panel..It is worth consuming time...sometimes

Marc, your instruments look great. How did you make them?

TIA,
