Yes, your issue is the rates for the right stick is sitting at zero, hence the reason for no control. Press down and hold in your right stick, now move the left (throttle) stick upward. You will see the number increase. The higher the number the more responsive the right stick is. I would suggest starting maybe around 25-30. Also make sure to read your manual as it will let you know how to switch between high and low rates which will also effect the sensitivity of your right stick.

So I got a 1SQ for xmas and was flying it when i had time in the house. The weather has been pretty lousy all winter but i did get a nice day with warm weather an low wind a while back so I took it out. Man! what a difference. having a bit of space makes this so much more fun! got a few extra batteies for it and i was taking it down the street and annoying the neighbors cat. Good times. Good times.

I got a 1SQ a week ago. Managed to trade my mcx2 and $30 cash for it. I had the mcx2 a while and was bored. The person I traded with couldn't master the 1SQ.
Been having a blast with this thing. We n t to HS and picked up a few extra batteries and they also sold me the connector so I could build a harness to charge on my regular charger.. I have the Hyperion EOS0606i charger. I see everyone mentioning getting the polarity right because it seems it is all backwards on these things. If the red wire on my connector matches the red on the battery am I ok. I assume the red is positive on the battery but with the horror stories about polarity here I wanted to make sure. My stock usb charger charges to about 4.13 so it is pretty close just really slow. |

Definitely an upgrade mobility-wise from the mCX2! |

Tom/Paul,
I have tried to get mine to fly with my DX7. I am no Heli guy but am assuming this is what I need to proram it under. I LOVE this little quad, would appreciate if anyone could give me some settings/help to program my Dx7, I already have the AnyLink and use it just fine on the Micro EDF Jet I have... |

My first quad is coming!
It will take a little more than you americans are used to, since its coming to Chile, and Tower not sending it Internationally, she will have a round trip to Miami before arriving here. More expensive too, but its ok. Also an Anylink attached, for using with my Aurora. At the same time, I got from Hobbyking more lipos, a charging harness, and some adapters just in case the harness not work. http://hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store...dProduct=24920 http://hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store...dProduct=16372 http://hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store...dProduct=10621 I´m enjoying reading this large thread while waiting... Anyone put a camera on this quad? I got an old FlyCam One 2 thay may hang on it. Like 35grs. Regards, Alex |

Welcome to the "Baby Sized Quad" gang Wish I was there Weather in North Central USA is not good. I am not sure if you understand the true scale of the 1SQ that is coming your way soon. The whole Quadcopter with battery weighs 35g. I really don't think it will lift another 35g camera. Someone else here can correct me, but in my mind you are asking for burnt out motors and batteries really quick if you can even get close to getting off the ground. I have lifted my 15g 808 KeyChain cam, but the Quad wasn't very happy doing it. John in Merrill |
