Great stuff Doc! I've been listening to a specific song list, threw headphone when flying. Between that and a couple hundred 48" laser flights. I've found my Timing ,transitions, and inventiveness have increased threefold.

Ill have my new Iphone 5 this weekend, and plan on getting some killer High-def Video.

got my yellow and green mxs today.....sorry, no pics at the moment

i like the green a LOT more and i d say its not a question of taste.
one thing is that the cowling, canopy and fuse of the yellow one has each its very own color.
the other thing is that you can see through the foil and see all the structural things. it looks a little like a puzzle.
the green on the other side is of solid color. you wont see no difference whether there is wood or not underknees, even against sunlight.
the canopy basicly has the same color as the cowling, they are a little darker than the fuse, but its not too much difference and its a nice color.

well, this is just a perspectiv from the ground....maybe it doesnt count in the air.
also, my so loved extra60 has the see through thing also (not as much) and i never cared.

That would bug my wife, but they all look yellow to me.

But do an out of box video of the green one please

When you bring the plane outside the colors look much better, the transparentness of the covering improves outdoors as well.

I think that artificial light does weird things to yellow. In the sun, both of mine were perfect.

Yep, looking back at the photos e.g., post 62, I can't tell. But I am subtle shade blind

But I guess I won't be flying this thing indoors this winter

On my 3DHS Yellow 72" Extra I had the same color issue. It does look 100% better in the sun.

My 3DHS 48" Vyper does the same thing. Once you get it in the air not only does it look better but its one of the most visible color schemes to see.

That's because they have the exact same color ultracote

I haven't been flying my vyper around as much lately for some reason though. I used to love that plane, but I'm beginning to understand why it's called a hybrid pattern/3d plane. I should try to sell it...or maybe offer it to my son (but he's hooked on EF).

dont know what i will do with the yellow one....sell it, leave it as it is or peel it and recover it in orange
btw i have the sebart 3d monster in the very same color as the yellow mxs. it has the same issue but i didnt care since i dont have a solid green one to compare side to side.
