Hey Jeff,

The first car my sister got was a 1958 Fiat Spider. It looked like a VW bug that someone had run through a dryer and shrank it For a running joke me and my buddy would pick it up and turn it sideways in the driveway.

Hi Steve!

Hi Steve,

I was out flying this morning but the sun is dead in our eyes during launch this time of year here and its bad in the clear Autumn air...so decided to hang it up before I lost a plane on launch.

The Shuttle was a long time dream of mine, likely about 35 years waiting to be reborn. I had purchased all three sizes from a swap meet in Appleton Wisconsin back then but was strickly a Simitar powered model pilot back then so took them out and wrecked them on high starts. Shame because they flew pretty well.

What are you working on?

Gordy;
How does the LARS perform. I remember when it was published years ago. Always wondered how well it flew as for the shuttle..... it's still an ugly glider.

Hi Gordy, not much in RC terms. just lurking here at RCG. I have been working away from home for 6 months saving some dough for when my girl returns to Aus, then we will return to the Hervey Bay area in Qld and I can resume my flying and building once more.
First up, well I have a Marauder to build, but maybe a scale bird first, a Bowlus Baby Albatross is my desire, for the slope, not really a floater.

And! - cheers for the Shuttle pic and vid, really enjoyed that, an eyecatcher totally. Wing is very cool too, looks like a float wagon with lift!
-Steve.
