All of our electronics are made in Lake Havasu City, AZ - in fact, within 1/2 mile from our facility.

For me, that is a big plus!

Jim, please don't let us down.

So, we will go back to the original CPU for the Nano, and a different CPU for the 9/12 receivers.
does that mean you have to start from scratch with the FCC with the new 9-12-16 RXs?

Given all this mess, it'd be safer to restart productions of the former 8 channel receiver. For now there isn't other choice but to go with another brand.
Is this in the works?

the Nano's and their CPU issue is separate to the DivBee module that went through the FCC testing... Nano's don't use the DivBee, but the larger receivers wil. No more FCC issues for the foreseeable future as far as I can tell...

We may release our backup Nanos in the interim. We try to keep a few hundred extras of each product for repair/replacement, but we really haven't had to use many of those so we could sell them off.

what's happening? i have been waiting on an e-mail and checking your website
for that "add to cart" to appear. Can't find the Nanos in the warehouse?
I know they are small but then you should have better stock-control.

No FCC issues. We have all of our compliancy. The issue is component related.

Can you give us a conservative date as to when this will be resolved?

I'd just like to know if any Nano's will be available before Christmas. Not sure if there is sufficient time to get a batch of the old design built and tested but perhaps Jim can tell us if this is a possibility. At the moment I don't see any receivers as available on the website.

I'd like to know where all this stands by Christmas but it looks like the fellas are watching breast enhancement videos on youtube. Who's going to pull them away?
