This looks pre-cut to me.

Yes, they come pre-cut and have live hinges in the wings. The tails are hinged, shaped and sanded. Saves a bunch of work! Just need to cover or seal the wood parts.

So are the flaps top or bottom hinged? Look top
Hinged. Might have to mod that a bit.

They are middle hinged and have very tight gaps. You can get about 60 degrees of down flap. Should be plenty for these planes. I don't use full flap on my moldies unless I'm really coming in hot.

Great pics guys! Looks like the trip was well worth it! Im hoping to get my speedo and some DS planes built for Vincent!!

I wouldn't mind adding either the Elf or Spin into my fleet, but they both look similar in the specs. Why not have any of the models shown in a 48"-60" wood wing class? I'd like to at least see one fly before we go on and add them to the races...

I had forgotten that Brett had taken a few shots with my camera. There were some good ones in there, so here they are...
