My findings previously posted::

I received only 1 of 2 ordered 4s 2200 40c, although the packing slip shows 2. I am awaiting Jason's reply on that issue. Anyway the 1 I received flies great performing about the same as the GForce 4s 2200 40c I use all the time. I am a bit concerned about the discharge lead which is a rather long 6". Seems like that is a bit long with all the warnings about keeping ESC lead lengths short. The other batteries seem to be around 3". But my 8 minute flights on a high performance Stik come down at about 3.8 volts per cell which is good.

As a post script I got a phone call, today, with an apology with the missed second battery. It will ship tomorrow.

So, the battery is, at least, the equal of a GForce 2200 4s 40c. My only concern is the 6" discharge lead length.
Wow, a phone call? That's impressive, I can't recall getting more than an e-mail in the past from other companies. Is the covering on the discharge cords soft or more brittle style plastic? 6 inches seems abnormally long.

there must have been changes in the last 2 years since the video you posted was put up.
I wonder if its just for certain sizes that they use the plates

I have up to 3300 mAh and they don't have plates. However, I see that they sell hard packs that are encased in a hard "box" that encapsulates the foil packs. Perhaps they have evolved into that.

They started being real nice to me too when I mentioned I saw them on rcgroups...and that's why I'm trying them in the first place. They are really trying...only time will tell. For now, I'm giving them thumbs up.

i just check on a 4 s 5000 mah battery, looks to be about the same overall price (with free shipping) that I could get at Value Hobby. I like the free shipping.

What if any connector does the battery come with? Deans by any chance. I'd give them a try for batteries when they stock back up, a lot of the 4 and 5 s batteries are out of stock.

Its high quality soft insulation with micro stranding, by the feel of the flex, and Deans type connectors. Seem like a high value lipo, just don't understand the 6" discharge lead.

Got my 2x 40C lipos in the mail today. Also Jason include 4x AA alkaline batteries as "free gift"

Both Lipos are in perfect condition

1st one-> 4.82 4.82 4.82 (perfect matched cells)
2nd one->4.82 4.83 4.84

Leads are long at 6inches. I'm going to shorten them to 4inches.

My flying buddy has that new turnigy which has IR testing capability...I can get that over the weekend. but nothing else fancy (graphs, etc).

good thing is I also just bought a 4 of Haiyin 40C lipos and I can compare IR's to those.
