power difference between 16/7/7 and the 16/15/7

ok I know the 16/7/7 are new but I am wondering if anyone knows what the power difference is between these two motors or if they would give me the same rpm on the same props..i like the shorter motor because it would fit into my 128 planes also

They are completely different motors. You cannot just substitute one for the other.
motor: kv/Rm/Io
16/7/7: 2450 / 47mOhm / 0.5A
16/15/7: 1300 / 131mOhm / 0.9A

is there and chart out there that would show me if the 16/15/4 spins a 5x7 direct drive prop at 10,000 rpm then what size would it take on the 16/7/x to spin the same prop at the same speed?
