Not to distract from your fine towboat but... holy crap, i need a set of those deckhands in 1/35th. They have such incredible CHARACTER, something the ultra-realistic Tamiya and ICM dudes I have, don't. Kind of annoyed I've already sealed two of them up inside a pilothouse.

Lucky for you, they come in 1/35th scale. Industria Mechanika

The Deckhands come from Industria Mechanika. Sasha might look good on the deck too.

I made a fuse holder from 45 solderless connectors for the Veco ESC. Thanks for jarring my memory Tom.
Sasha might be too much of a distraction for the 'navigator'. Better that she be restricted to in port work. Looks like she can weld, anyway.

ESC to battery. This is where it gets ugly. Finally figured how to fuse, switch, contain wires and make it serviceable. Some plywood, a small 10-amp switch, a couple of 45 Molex QDs, 15-Amp fuse & a terminal block.
Also made a step for the crew, and a couple of stand pipes.

Gettin' a little crowded in there!

Step looks great. I also wonder how you made such a tight radius on your pipe without kinking it.

Nice work! and I will agree, it does get a little crowded, when you get everything in the hull. CaptCB

Yep, crowded.

I made a quickie jig to bend the 1/8" brass rod. Freehand is not the way to go when bending brass this tight. The jig worked great.

Thanks for the comments gentlemen.

I think i'm developing a case of wiring envy.

Izzat the new Astroflight 208D controller? Definitely looks sharper than the old plastic-wrapped version i have.
