So I had this idea today...

Why would we all setup out own FPV stations and fly from lawn chairs if we could sit in a recliner and fly on a large flat screen tv instead?I know some people like the "immersed" feeling but it might be cool on a huge flat screen.

I was looking at my work trailer and thinking it would be cool to have at least a viewing booth where we can eavesdrop on the VRX signal and watch the race as its happening per pilot...
It would make for a much more fun spectator sport!

This also makes it so it can all be recorded onto a single dvr for ease of editing.

Who has a jumbo-tron sitting around they can bring?

Can we tap power to the field from the icecream barn?

I may have buddy shoot the event from the ground just as coverage.
I really want to collect as much video from the event as possible for the MRR site as it may be the FIRST organized MRR meet In the country! No pressure... It's still for fun , and doesn't have to be all crazy serious. Think flugtag...

I think I will make NERD membership cards and bring them to the next Swansea event. When it gets close, I'll post again so I can get the names of everyone that is going to be there.

So I've managed to sneak enough time to work on my race platform a bit.
I'm off the heavy "h" frame and moving towards a tighter diameter x8.

I'm going to do a build thread on the MRR site.
(Gotta get some content going over there!)
