Pops, don't know if this will help you but this is the true shape of the Orca bow below the waterline. It is a typical straight shear Cape Islander which the Orca was. That did not get changed during the above the gunnels rebuild.

Motor mounted & Transom prep


mounted motor and connected the prop shaft also worked on the transom.
