Toluene ... however it is nasty stuff. One thing you might try that some of my customers have done is use fish line like a limb saw. Loop it around one end of the spar and alternate pulling on the ends making a sawing action it will work its way down the carbon fiber cutting through the welder adhesive. Works like a charm, give it a try.

I've used acetone applied with a Q-tip to replace a servo in an epp plane, softens Welder glue nicely. Ron

I find I can recover even the lightweight woven CF tubes by scraping with a sharp
razor blade. Goop and welders are the hardest however.

Acetone has always worked good for me too.
