The entire setup of the Mamo is too complex to give a spreadsheet Alex
Different radio's different servos and mechanical setup will all change the Throttle and pitch curve parameters dramatically as will battery choice. I'm afraid to say its very much trial and error as anyone who has flown the Mamo will tell you

Video doesn't help me and I use a mamo unit :-)

Good infomercial on how to do on a hitec radio what is described in the manual. Which doesn't contain any actual details either.

Actual settings etc are purely experimental.

Normal mode first: pitch based on flying speed and power (battery & motor dependant). Need some pitch to start out. Not too little otherwise you risk overspeeding the motor. Add pitch until you have aircraft flying as you want. I had to change this as I changed the airframe (weight) and even more so when I changed packs. Too much pitch and it may bog, too little an no thrust. I actually ended up with very little as final airframe flies very nice at a slow constant rate.

Reverse pitch: just the same, experiment to give the thrust you desire. Throttle around the change over point is adjusted to try and maintain a constant'ish RPM. Again too much pitch bogs and too little gives no thrust.

Values on actual radio are irrelevant :-)

Brandon's is a combination of centre V and normal. How I do mine as well. Other than take off I only fly in this one mode.

No wing area is just the total area of the wing's planform from root to tip. I couldn't tell you what the wing area of any of my models is without going back to the cad program to calculate it. It really doesnt get discussed in F3P like it does for Gliders, particularly thermal machines

Hmm... maybe your location isn't accurate. I can't think of a single outdoor place in this bay area that's suitable for indoor models this time of year . I fly inside a pacifica gym once a month with my club, but that's too sparingly

I fly near the same place that "Not Free", and it is actually not that bad flying, small, but not bad, you have to be picky though.
