Thought I`d better buy a new Sanding Pad off Tinternet. The last one did last eight airframes. It`s just right for this material & follows the contours. Easier to sand after the initial grey undercoat/ Filler.

Pontious..Im not familiar with depron so forgive me for asking....Do you cover depron with anything(glass...tissue..iron on cover) to smooth/strengthen the structure? Also does the foam "self seal" after a few coats of paint?

As you see ,the Depron does seal with emulsion and I seal that with a coat of clear water soluable varnish which gives it a bit of ding resistance but not adding too much weight .The foam Lightning was covered in tissue and water soluable varnish which gave it a hard coat but had far less surface area.

Here`s my lovely housekeeper Niki busy washing out my brushes (Well trained).I asked her for a pic for her R.C. Groups fans but she`s too shy.
Decided for the first time to add a third wing fixing point because of the increased weight & power. (Bob sayes he doesn`t like flying Ornithopters.)

One is a later build of the Hobby Wing 80A. They wern`t allowed to call it Pentium. The only software diference seems to be that the later one starts up fractionally slower.
Hope you are well Juanfe, Niki sends her love.
Being held up with printer problems.

not much further now!

Im just amazed at what you can do with a 3-view drawing, foam and glue.

I would spend most my time scratching my head.
