Having trouble with my FPV takeoff
My FC is packed in the original Case - just put some hole in the cap for the wires works perfect. Take off in a correct adjusted selvlevel modus without trouble. Take off fly and land with goggles on, yes.

quick video in the snow trying out the 2.7k/30fps and 1080/60fps differences. Jello effect seems about the same -- pretty minimal. I think a polarizer to slow down the shutter speed might help.

tricopter snow gopro test 2.7k and 1080/60 (4 min 44 sec)

That kind of looks like what happened to me a couple times - without fpv - when my rear motor would vibrate on the hinge like crazy and cause the board to go nuts. I had to keep the hinge kind of loose. Turns out the motor shaft was ever so slightly bent. Not sure if your setup uses the shaft or the adapters but maybe see if it wobbles?

I replaced the motor housing and shaft with a spare and now it's solid and I was able to tighten up the hinge and thrust bearings.

Fly, crash, rebuild.
Sharonarn,
Looks like a prop failure perhaps. Since the unit didn't flip over completely. Wher ethe props intact and all the blades accounted for at the crash site if they were broken?

I had the turnigy 306G tail servo so many people seem to love but i cant understand why. On my maiden i just slightly bumped the tail on the ground and it destroyed the internals, i will never buy that junk again. Right now I have a HS-5085MG which is a little slower but 100 times the quality. i was going to order a Savox SH-0257MG but this one seems great so far so it will probably just stay that way.

.
I tried a fiber locknut yesterday after my spinner spun OFF, sounded a bit different so the vibrations must have gotten better. Also I like that it is NOT going to come loose in flight. Luckily I was still on the ground when my spinner flew off, never found it either.

I know I said lose the spinners, but it didn't expect you to take me in such a literal fashion.
