GWS EDF-50 in Europe?

Does anyone know about availability of GWS EDF-50 and retractable landing gears in Europe?

I've always wanted to build an indoor Me-262. This new GWS stuff (and a sheet of depron) will finally make it possible.

J Perkins Dist. in UK has ordered. But I am not sure did they received shipment of EDF50 in hand?

The best way to get GWS products, to push your local dealer check GWS webs http://www.grandwing.com.tw/english.htm

Ask them to order from their country's importer or agent. If no agent avalible at all, they may try to contact GWS as a direct dealer.

If no one dealer can do such a service, the last choice is buying direct from GWS pay by credit card.

Sorry to hear that you are so difficult to get GWS EDF50.

I've asked local (finnish) dealers more than once during last two months, but I'll try once more before ordering from USA or direct from GWS.

Thank You for answering.

I've actually talked to 2 german dealers regarding the availability of GWS products. One said that GWS wasn't willing to accept an initial order of a reasonable size the other one told me that neither his e-mail nor his fax was answered by GWS.
I would love to see a reasonable distribution of GWS products in Germany.
Could you please comment Mr Lin?

To Germany large Distributors such like Graupner, Multiplex, Simprop, Jamara.... they aways ask redesign their own artwork of packings, that also take longer time to complete production for them.

In UK, the "J Perkins Distributor" use GWS origianl log packing. check GWS web dealers page to contact with JP, they are one of the most active distributor.

Graupner, Multiplex and so on act as manufacturers not distributors. It's OEM business and therefore completely logical to ask for rebadging and repackaging.
J. Perkins doesn't even have a website and it's quite expensive to ship from UK to Germany.
Buying GWS products from WES is like shopping for a Hyundai at your Ferrari dealer... They don't even mention GWS products at their website. They ask for 74 DM for receiver I can buy with a Graupner badge at 53-59 DM.
Don't get me wrong, I'm impressed by your products and do have a LiteStick, several IPS, receivers, gyro, props, wheels and other stuff. But the dealer / distributor situation in Germany is less than perfect.
And the feedback, you didn'd comment, from those two dealers makes me believe that there will be no change in the near future.

Hi Achim,

we finally got the salesinformation we were seeking for.
I think the main problem is the bad exchange rate for $, and this is the current GWS charges. Then you have to add the shipment and tax charges.

But i think we will give it a try in the near future.

Kind Regards
