Just went and bought a GoPro Hero 3. They called it the Silver version. Looks pretty cool. It says it has built in wi-fi what ever thats for. Gonna have to read the manual. Not now though cause its lunch time.

Hey all, how is this for jello free? I shot this to enter a photo contest from some of the footage. The video was shot with the little HobbyKing Wing camera 720p. I love my little collapsible Tcopter.

I took the tri copter out for its first flight. No go. The motors don't start up at the same time. How do I adjust this. Is it done using the three small screws on the board? The board has three small screws marked roll, pitch, yaw. Thank you for your help.

Tom

Update: got it flying. Had to play with the trim until all the motors all started at the same time. Also found out that if you mess with the three little screws it really make it fly bad. Jumpy. Anyway its flying. My yaw setup is pretty much junk. Need to redothat and try again.

You need to perform an ESC Calibration.

you might want to read through this: http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/s...44X7478X19.pdf

@carr52. After performing an ESC calibration, you will need to trim your transmitter to obtain level flight when in a hover.

I did retrim the machine and got it flying. The battery was very low and just gave out. Put a new battery in it and it was a totally different machine. It was wild. Hard to control. Just touch the sticks and it would flip over. Anyway it"ll have to wait till I get more props. Broke the last three I had. Bummer. I thank you for the help.

Tom
Make sure you have your rates turned down on your TX. 100% rate will make the tri want to flip without barely touching the sticks.
