On the products page under 4ch helis of that same website it shows the V911 and the 9958. Knew they had their hand in the V911 develoment, didnt know about the 9958. Interesting.

i am curious about main motor of this heli...

this heli have a nice looking but something worries me... in the website says the radio range only 40 meters but the micro v911 is 80 meters...

i hope this info is incorrect

From the video on Benma's site, it seem to handle wind fairly nicely. But they showed only hovering around the pond. The charging time is discouraging though.

Problem with most smaller scale helis is that they often leave out the option to change batteries. Perhaps this can be altered on this one with some modding?

Scale looks cool but you carry around alot of excess bagage. Small helis need to be kite as possible.

Yeah, I'm sure it's possible to solder on a small battery connector, those walkera types. And then use some velcro to make the lipo stick.

I have it...you can hover with it and whatnot, but it's nowhere near as stable as a Walkera or Exceed RC 300 series (Or, maybe i just got unlucky, but it's a pain to mod this heli or any scale heli). The Commanche sure does look cool on a display shelf though.

Seems like a windy day to be flying this heli, but mines behaves just like that even when flying indoor. Looks like the pilot was struggling to fly/hover it.

That's a much better video than the one posted on the officials site. Like most other helis, much of the secret lies in proper setup and piloting skills. I think mine's need a good setup, but i am too lazy to take it apart and adjust everything ground up. That's the thing with scale helis. It's a lot more work, but worth it if you like the look and feel of scale helicopters.
