Why not? The extra lift makes them super floaty and light feeling. They may be about 30lbs, but they fly like Foamies! Have you ever flown a GS? They're great

Nah. Havent flown a big sparky yet. Im trying to get the park 450 motor running right so i can get the park master into the air and do some real world 3d and not just stuff on the sim.

I'm undecided... Joe says I should go Electric when I go 30CC.... Still undecided on 74" vs 72" though too!
as of now i am electric on my 72 extra. i REALLY want to go gas though. it needs to be over 10 pounds...

I have a 72" gas extra that I'm kinda wishing I made electric. that u way u don't have to worry abt breaking in the engine

Yeah, just get a couple of ignition packs and reciever packs and you'll last all day nonstop, as electric you need to spend a LOT to fly continuously.

Well, you have to deal with tuning, and sometimes dead sticks. I was talking with joe and he said to go electric.

Tink. How much does a bottle of unleaded fuel cost? Along with a motor and a servo. Now how much for the motor, esc, and a half dozen batteries along with a charger and probably a small generator if tou were to go to an event

I already have a charger, and most places where events are held have power. Gas wouldn't have been cheap either. I was going to go OS GT33.

I'm still undecided, I'd love gas, but I'd also love electric. Joe said electric throttle response and stuff makes flying so much easier. IE like he said he wouldn't be able to throw his 74" Edge around like he does if it was gas.
