FreeFly Systems Radian Release and Pricing Information!


Looks like it will be out before Sept . 10th!

Prices are:

$350 for 1 axis
$700 for 2 axis
$1,050 for 3 axis!

Heres a pic of the final product as well.

It does not include the gimbal.. the CS 360 gimbal is another $1,499 or $950 for the 2 axis version.

I'm interested to know how much the programing board and other necessary parts cost for a 1 axis package. Looks like that stuff is not included in the 1 axis package so the price of entry as of now is the 2 axis kit. The RSGS is amazing on my tilt but the roll stinks. I was thinking about ordering the Radian for roll only for now.

How much for the programing hardware?

From Quadrocopter's website. I will see what I can find out:

(NOTE: The Single Axis Freefly Radian package option will likely be purchased as an upgrade to the 2-Axis Freefly Radian. Therefore, this package does not include the programming board, programming cable or resistor. If a customer would like to stabilize only one axis, the programming board, programming cable and resistor will be available separately.)
