Help!

New Mini and Micro Multirotor sub-forum to Multirotor forum Please Vote!

Gents,
Per RCG rules, please go to these links and post a "Yes" reply in support to create a Mini and Micro Multirotor sub-forum:

Mini Mulitrotor sub-forum request: https://www.rcgroups.com/forums/show....php?t=1710983

Micro Multirotor sub-forum request: https://www.rcgroups.com/forums/show....php?t=1710986

At least 50 support posts are required for the sub-forums to be created. This will ultimately create better and more logical Heli and Multicopter forum and thread organization.

Please refer this post to the other mini and micro multicopter miss-placed threads.

Thanks and Cheers,
Jim

sooo... why do the mini and micro need a sub forum?

the last split from mutlicopters into three parts i thought was a good idea, but i can't see why mini and micro should have a separate forum.

before i say ya or nee.. could you enlighten me?

Hi D,
The class of mini and micro multicopters is proliferating rapidly. They are both different enough in performance and usage and price from each other and their larger cousins to warrant a sub-forum targeted for their organization for ease of finding info and help. This follows the organization that you see in the heli forums too BTW. As stated many of the mini and micro threads have been miss-placed in the heli forums because there is no obvious place for them to land. Having mini and micro sub-forums in the Multirotor forums should solve that.

For those that have not yet voted please go to these links and reply with a "Yes".

Micro Multirotor sub-forum request: https://www.rcgroups.com/forums/show....php?t=1710986

Thanks and Cheers,

Except for the Blade mQx, currently, most attempts at threads on mini and micro RTF and BNF quads, hexes, etc. in the multicopter sub-forums languish and wither, and the thriving threads on these mini and micro RTF and BNF quads, etc. end up in the micro-heli sub-forum (examples include the Walkera Ladybird, WL V929 Beetle, general micro RTF quad thread, etc.).

These mini and micro RTF and BNF quads, etc. tend to differ from the other quads, etc. in that they have all-in-1 rx/controllers/escs that have little that is adjustable and run brushed motors. They tend to be able to only carry a small or no payload and have limited range.

My votes are in.

BTW, I'm still cruising my original X330S with full LED's at night. Had the kids in the neighborhood run down the street looking for a UFO. LOL.
