It is sorted out. The problem is radio blame.

That's an very insulting comment to a lot of knowledgeable people
I for instance have been in this hobby over 40 years and in the electronics industry even longer.

We understand the causes of Brownout and we know the difference
between Brownout's and Lockout's
We also understand how to install 2.4Ghz Rx's and Antennas

Blanket comments like yours make people angry
and feed this so called "Spektrum hate"

I know many that have

Just because you haven't had problems
doesn't mean others don't.
And it certainly does not give you the right to insult others.

Saw this guy crash at the field yesterday and blame his shiny new DX7.

He took off into a 10mph wind, turned downwind, throttled back, turned crosswind, stalled, spun, crashed and blamed the radio.

Simple fact is he failed to keep air flowing over his wings.

Just like this guy:

Multiplex Twister Jet - Spektrum Radio Failure Crash (1 min 11 sec)

Another classic EDF fail, as the newbie throttles back, and back and back until he stalls....and blames the radio.

Spektrum D6xi / AR7000 radio interference crash (0 min 41 sec)

And the more I look, the more I see the radio being blamed for pilot error.

I agree Spektrum needs to make a clean cut with the past and convert to a modulation technology that is proven to be reliable. The first step for Spektrum is they have to come to the realization that their current system is never going to be reliable enough.
