World Soaring Masters

Hey guys! Who's going to Muncie in September for the 4th World Soaring Masters comp?

There is a thread in the events section that has all the info, I just wanted to put the word right here in front of everyone. There hasn't been a lot of talk about this so far, but it is a contest that really shouldn't be missed.

Cash prizes through 5th place! This is the only contest that has a cash purse for the winners.

Flying at the AMA field. What could be better than that?

So, who's in? I think so far there are 34 entries, so start making plans, and get those entries in. I am going for sure. Any other Socal guys/gals going?

Chime in.

A small group of us from Florida are coming.

By the way, has anyone who sent a check had it clear through their bank yet?

Excellent guys and Leanne

Well, no Jim, I don't think being from Socal is a requirement, but I would love to see many of the guys that fly our SCSC contest circuit get out of their various environments and go to Muncie.

Mike Lee, Edgar, Andy, Jason & Steve George, Robert and Carrie Cavasos, all of the TPG crew....shouting out to you all....

Looking forward to seeing you guys out there. Pat, I am sure we can get together, but by then, you'll likely have earned your doctorate.

Peter and Leanne, I am looking forward to seeing you both. Its been a long time.

Awesome Joe. And great flying down on the other side of the world. Keep it up! See you in Muncie.

Hey, see if you can twist some more arms while you're down there. Would be great to see some Worlds J guys at the WSM.

What is not to like about Muncie D?

All the convenience of a big city like a mall, a movie theatre and many restaurants but without the traffic jams and other problems.

What is happening is that you have not been there the last few years to see that actually nothing changed, same Moonsee
