Crius MultiWii AIO Vs. Naze32

I've gotten rid of my second quad succesfully and want to build a new one.
I have already decided on the power system (3s/4s, plush 30A, ntm 2826 1200kv) and am unable to decide between the two FCs:

CRIUS MultiWii All-in-one pro

Naze32 (from

I'm not a programmer, so by spending extra hours (than most of you) I got fairly familiar to the MultiWii code and the arduino platform.

I'd really like to buy the CRIUS all-in-one pro, but I've read that Naze32 with timecop's baseflight firmware is much better. Is it a sort of multiwii firmware, is it atleast based on arduino?, because I really want to use my previous knowledge and don't want to learn right from zero again.

Plus, I want extra port(s) to connect I2C GPS and other sensors in the future.

Is there a GUI for baseflight? Can multiwii be loaded on Naze32?

baseflight=mwc for sure.. you can use mwc like mwc on naze32
only diff is that some of the difines : quad x/+/hex.. such kind of settings are done thru command line

AIO is good cuz you can load mega pirate for fully functioning gps routing control(if i remember correctly)

it really based on what you want to do... and if you are heavy gps addicted

Thanks for the reply.
Do you mean 'waypoints' by gps routing control?

I've gone through timecop's thread Afroflight: we're now talking progress and sdeuck's Naze32 flashing thread, got a LOT of info about Naze32.
I think Naze32 is a lot better, but a few more doubts still exist:

For eg., if I want to change values like Minthrottle and Maxthrottle, I just ioen the arduino IDE and upload them in the case of Crius AIO pro, but how do I do it in the case of Naze32?

Naze 32 is NOT MWC I own 2 of them and 2 MWC f/c
MWC has been "ported" to run on it.
It uses a different family of processors.
It is STM based and MWC is Atmel based.
So. the basic ideas and capabilities are available on the Naze 32 but you don't compile and flash, like in MWC.
The developer, timecop, has done all the work for you and the latest firmware is always available.
for a link to the latest firmware go here

for a link to the Naze 32 thread go here

to change minthrottle and many more parameters there is a Command Line Interface (otherwise know as CLI)
read his thread and you will find the necessary tools and command conventions listed in there.

Oh, so Minthrottle, maxthrottle, etc, etc. can be edited using the CLI he's mentioned? Thanks then.
