did a few more tweeks to the B model. If anyone can do tiled versions of the plans it would be great.

I cut out a new set of parts and relayed them out on a peice of black papered Readi-Board. Its a 1-sheet plane But this one im going to make KFm4 wing, and try to hide the servos inside the body.

Your plans aren't crappy. They tell all we need. How about some video for us? Please...

is there any advantage in flight with the b-model?

i somehow prefer the canard shape of the a-model.

Dont know yet, still building the B model. It has slightly more main wing area then the A, but only about an extra 2". Im hopeing that atleast having the longer canard, though thiner, will get it out in the air more and help hold the nose up. But the B im building is also going to be Kfm 4 instead of KFm 2 to help deal with the erradic wind in my area. Sadly the last time I flew my A it crashed and broke the nose and canard off. Tails amazingly held up with no issue.

Im also going to try and mount teh servos under the main body to help tuck and hide them a bit more. For some reason I just really want to hide the servos somewhat on one of my planes.

If you build one please take pictures. Id love to see someone build one of my planes.

did some more work on the plane last week, but only now doing the update . Finnaly got some color on the bird and did a final weigh in on it. 192 grams... 40 grams hevier then the first one. Longer servo linkage runs, big faiberglass plate for the servos, and cardboard to hold the covers down add up fast... Im considering adding some winglets on the outside of the wings, but test glides seem to be ok still so im not sure. I may put them on just to give a bit more wing area to be safe.

Looks totally sweet I'm attempting to build something similar but having difficulty with the canards. I've stripped two servos so far which suggests that I might have them a bit big...

Really nice build!

I went ahead and added the winglets. It added about 7" to the wingspan of the plane.

If I did the math right the main wing has 168^2" of surface area with a Kfm4 wing. the winglets added 21^2" total giving it 189 ^2" (each winglet adds 10.5^2"). I havent done the math for the canard yet as its a bit of a complicated shape and im tired and lazy
