I have been dragging my feet, and I'm afraid I'm just going to have to watch.
I still have a long way to go on my bi-plane. My mind wants to participate, but after work unfortunately all my butt wants to do is sit in an easy chair
But I am,subscribed and watching.

That's a funny word
Frank, I'm sorry. You better assign my number to someone else. I'll be lucky to get tools, area, supplies together for NEXT clinic. I sure will be spectating though here and on a number of threads.

I would like to join. I will be building a Florio Flyer 40, and as soon as I get a number I will start a thread. The FF 40 Is a sport/Fun Fly plane, It probably belongs in the Aircraft Electric Sport Planes Forum but where would you like me to put it? John

Awesome. You are logged in John as #41. The Sport Planes forum is fine.

Please put a link to this thread in your post #1 and let me know when it is created and I will update post #3 with your build thread link.

Thanks for joining in the fun.

Or would you recommend a kit? Ideally something available in Europe that a beginner can fly!

I guess I am a bit too new for this, I will watch this one and may be join the next one.

Okay, I'm in. I crashed my last (3rd) Tiger two years ago and miss having one in my fleet. So this is the motivation I need to get off the dime.

I'm a builder (Basher actually because I always like to tweak.)

My build log is here: https://www.rcgroups.com/forums/show....php?t=1646827

And I'll be doing a Tiger 60 with an electric conversion for a twist.

Although I don't promise to be quick.

just heard about this on thecrashcast. I have only been in the aviation part of RC hobby for a year and a half building only ARF's. I recently purchased a Stits Skybaby 1/4scale short kit and planned to start it soon but will be taking my time on it, essentially just want it to be done by the time Joe Nall/SEFF rolls around next year. What kind of time frame were you looking for in these build threads?

I think any time frame you have in mind is fine.

Frank, just so you know, RCAddict16 received an apparently-permanent account suspension a few weeks ago. He made a few bad decisions and also a couple sock accounts without knowing that socks were against the rules. Just after it happened I tried lobbying with JTG to get his account reopened and, though Jim seemed to be listening, nothing came of my efforts.

You can probably cross him off the list.
