Well, it is not that FPVMODEL charges you this much. It is that the post tariffs are exorbitant
I used to order books from Amazon delivered to my p.o.b. in Hong Kong. 17 bucks for one book, how do you like it? 40-50 USD for a bundle of 4-5 books, and god forbid they are of any non-standard size and don't fit into a USPS standard packages... then it can be double that.

EMS charge us 44 USD ship to US,we charge 43 USD for customers, well still try to find out best way for shipping, the shipping company are making 10 times profit than us and we lose money for shipping, so if anyone find out better solution for us, i will open life long dealer account for him!!

I fly with Bignose13 who did one of the reviews.

His is built as the kit came - no extra mods. Same with mine.
I would definitely say its strong enough for the type of plane. The foam is much more dense and the single spar is very strong in comparison with say my v3 skywalker which I only trust to fly gently. It's completely different.

Wing strength is zero concern for me on this one...

Hope that helps

Hi, I have and Skywalker versions 3, 4 , 5, and 6. I'm very familiar with these planes and would love to test for you. I can post results on youtube for everyone to see.

Banal question

Gentlemen,
Please forgive my trivial question, I haven't followed this thread for quite some time.
The question is very simple though.
I'm holding these new wings now against strong light and I see there are no whatsoever internal reinforcements. The only rigid structural part is a connecting spar.
I read a lot about reinforcing 1680's wings (didn't do anything about it myself though as there is something preinstalled and I do not do anything nearly extreme with my SW), but seems to me nobody has ever said anything about any need to enhance 1880.
So, are they strong enough as they are, with no additional rods/spars/ribbons?
Just yes or no
.
Thank you.
