# Need help with this complex landing gear setup (plane retracts))

Here is what I would like to accomplish... If they already have landing gear like this that can support up to 12lbs an land in rough terrain show me a link. Otherwise need help with this ideal far as the mechanics.

Ok - I'll bite ...

Straight from SickPuppyEngineering ...

The 4 feet pivot so that they will follow the terrain. You could fabricate some simple shock for each of the legs so that they "might" absorb irregularities.

Oh yea, the plane needs to take off and land in very short distances.

Are you talking plane, or land vehicle ?

A plane... The link you provided I have seen before an is a great link but does not contain a gear like the one I like to come up with..
