Whose Fiesler is this?

Our friend uncle willy has put his own name on this plan. I just cannot beleive that he designed this himself. Anybody recognize it? Wasn't this in one of the British mags recently?

Interestingly enough, the picture in the above-featured ad is of a plastic kit, reproduced most likely without the author's permission as well (11-th thumbnail) :

I know. That's what is so disturbing. I just don't beleive he drew this plan.
If he is taking other people's plans and signing his NAME to them, well, he's even lower than we thought.
I notice he has taken to scribbling out the owner's names on his other plans, too.

Has anyone confronted this butt smear? Could you tell EBay the low down on this jerk?

I told TDL who was cutting his parts the story. No more parts for him anymore. They were appalled.

Ebay absolutely does not care. All they care about is getting paid their part for the auction. Unless the copyright owner complains, they will do nothing.

This has been going on for a long time. People have ripped Ziroli and others without any trouble. They WILL get in trouble if Ebay finds out they end auctions early to avoid paying the fees.

A very good reason not support any corporation that holds such an attitude.

Let me correct some misconceptions here.
Ebay DOES care. They have the VERO program to prevent this kind of auction.
Only thing is this:
The COPYRIGHT OWNER has to make the complaint. Not YOU. Or ME. It's all fine and good for any pimp from pomona to just claim that YOUR auction is violating somebody's copyright, but what is his word worth? What if it's just some rival seller that wants to do you in?
So...if the COPYRIGHT OWNER is willing to sign a document saying he is the rightful owner, EBAY WILL END THE AUCTION. They do it a LOT.
But they won't do it at just anybody's word. This protects ALL of us.

The only one I can think of that had a plan for the V-1 is Kress Jets. It was smaller I think, but I'm not sure it was a long time ago. And I thought it was made for the Morley fan.

Cool down Curtis. It's cool.

I just don't like seeing creeps like this making money off other people's hard work. Agree?

Now go build your airplanes!

Kress is what I was thinking, too, but I am sure that theirs was a plain buzz bomb v1, no cockpit.

I just don't like to see ebay treated like this evil supercorporation. I know them WELL and they are one of the most HUMAN and hard-working companies out there.

Say, whatever happened to the Me1011 I ordered? Been a while...no big rush, though...

But guess what, if he copies Kress' plan and adds a cockpit, then it's pretty much his and other than his own ethics there is nothing stoping him.

Yes, a long, long time back. A postal money order. I can run a trace on it...

Wow, I don't think I ever got it. I'm rather a fanatic about getting the orders out right away. Always within a week of getting the money if not less.

Let me know what you find out and I'll ask my wife if she ever remembers getting it.

Thanks Curtis,
