Good!
You haven't heard back from Tom at Expresscraft? That's unusual for him.
Just a heads-up on his hardware sets though; the HOR Racing hardware isn't really compatable with other brands, especially the flex cable, drive dog and collet. Most of those parts are made at .249" and the HOR is .251". It doesn't sound like much but that little bit does make a difference. I saw one of the 1/4" cables and it was poorly made, nothing that I'd want to use. Now I know why they sell for a cheaply as they go for.

Joe's prices aren't that bad as I can show you other sites with much higher prices but at the same time, slightly higher quality. Stay away from most of the eBay garbage as that's what it is.
When I'm not running Zippkits hardware most of my boats have Speedmaster pieces. www.rossisales.com .

Joe's got a nice selection but I'd stay away from his 470/3. It's aluminum and soft plus a stolen copy of an Octura. The 6717/3 isn't a bad one to start off with but I've tried almost all of his gas props. Consider that I've spent upwards of $83.00 for a prop already done up so his are bargains. They're pretty well sharpened and balanced right out of the package.

Sorry, I was out prepping for the Zombie Apocolypse!
There is no difference that I know of as they're just the same thing with a different name. They're also called stuffing boxes although it's not a box. Hey, I didn't name the thing! The box was technically a rubber boot that kept the grease in on the full-sized old boats around the propshaft.
