Very happy with mine also. The YS-X6 is very stable on a big octocopter with large 15" propellers.

I think I can see and hear some excessive vibrations that look like the gains are too high. Is that the case? Or is it just me/youtube? Looks like 5-10hz vibrations.

You'll notice however that it's not very steady. Each time the copter needed to get new coordinates, it had a very jerky motion. Any suggestions to make the auto-follow more steady?

You can fly any * +/X/Y types* of Quad/Hexa/Octo !
"Follow me" is working with your phone which should have built-in GPS funciton.

I've got the X8 setup as stock. Using Turnigy Plush 30A non flashed ESC's set to medium I believe (need to check with prog card).

I'm going to recalibrate the ESC's when I have time, then test again before changing anything else.

To the Zero UAV Team Would it be possible to add obsticale avoidance with ultrasonic or IR to avoid hitting Poles or wires when flying waypoints?

When receiving "Authorised Failure" message ,it means that your software upgrade encryption does not have the same FC serial encoding ,ask you Dealer to contact Zero to resove for you.
