Can I ask where you have your lipo mounted? Mine is currently on the side of the lower fuselage and I'm wondering if it is a lateral balance issue.

I was going to ask if you were side mounted or cut in...

Mine is cut into top vertical fuse.

Well, I am still looking at the Suppo 78g motor, or the heavier Turnigy 103g. I can't find the suppo that ships over here, and so the Turnigy is a cheap option. However, I still worry about the weight, especially after the last flight report.

Any comments either way appreicated. Rick

I am just doing the build. So you cut into the fuse for the batt?

Has anyone put lights on this thing. I picked up the Aurora light kit. Not that much weight I am scrimping in other places to make the weight gain nil....

48" Sbach... one of my favorites to fly at the moment... although I have dusted off the Big Extra Slick and have been having a lot of fun with it as well.

I should have them installed this week, will post some pictures. I will weigh the kit tonight to give your an exact idea.

If you want to see how they look google Joe Smith 40" Epp Aurora

3DHS 40-Edge EPP Aurora Lights pilot Joe Smith (4 min 43 sec)

It gets dark pretty early now if this works out as planned I will be flying this a ton over the next few months.
