What do I have to do to get Castle to respond?/ Thanks for your patience...


I am trying to buy replacement cases for three ICE ESCs. I have left voice messages with CC, and sent emails to sales@castlecreations.com and repairs@castlecreations.com.

I cannot get a response.

Does anyone know of another path to get in touch with these guys?

Yes, I did. And I sent email to the same place.

During this time of year they are very busy so it may be several weeks or never when they get back to you.

Call 913-390-6939 and select the sales (option 3). Thatís by far the fastest way to get what you want. Donít leave a message (another black hole) Ė if they are not in call back later.

To follow up, I have already received the replacement cases I needed. So, once you get in touch, customer service is fantastic.

Thanks for your follow up... I believe 2 people have been out sick in the repair department....
