Jeremy, my A7 was built off of Hans' plans. I did scale it down some so that it would fit inside of the aircraft transport vehicle ( Chevy HHR ) Also made the wing removable.

Dan, Daryl,
Yep, retracts and doors. Guess that makes me a little bit of a hypocrite doesn't it.
But in all fairness, you should be here and hear the language as I'm working on them. Russian sailors have nothing on me.

Finishing up the miniguns and Gatling guns now. Pics a little later.

Thanks John, I was just curious as to why. Your gunship looks great and the details you're adding are going to make it fantastic.

I know the spectre (the AC-130) which is still in service, if they put all the guns online the could put one round (7.62mm, 20mm, 40mm, or 105mm) in every square foot of a FOOTBALL FIELD IN 3 SECONDS!

Can't be much fun to be on the receiving end for sure.
I've gotten an e-mail from another modeler telling me that I have the end wrong on the Gatling gun. Well, maybe, maybe not. The M61A1/A2 had different ends for different uses evidently. I assume some of the ends are the flash suppressor type. But I wanted some detail showing and went with the one I thought would look the best. Here are just three pics showing the difference, I've found more than these too. And please remember, this is standoff scale, we're not going to Top Gun.

Forget about the muzzle end of the gatling guns. Where's the wrinkled skin on the fuselage?
