It's the same as the HiSky FBL 100 that's been out for a while. I looked at it before but could never get a confirmation whether it's Turnigy 9x (FlySky) compatible. I wish it is.

The price for the HiSky FBL 100 was rather high so I could understand why it didn't become popular. Almost as much as the mCPX. This HobbyKing rebrand has a much more attractive price. But I personally won't pick it up unless it binds to the Turnigy 9x.

I do have the frame in my possession. It has a square 2mm tail boom versus the round type employ by Blade mCPX.

They'll have my money, IF it binds to 9X, and sold a bit cheaper as BNF!

For that much money (+ post) the real deal isn't too much more.
BNF would reduce the postage weight and cost too.

Lets all go post comments about getting a 9x bnf version. Of course if the new 9xr uses a different protocol, you won't see HK making any more 9x compatible stuff

There's still FlySky TH9x.
In fact, there's a sale on it right now. The actual original version with the removable rear module.

$69.95, shipped from the US for $12.

How is that compared to the Turnigy 9x, I just received my Turnigy but if that one is better, I'll send it back.

Basically is the same TX, it's just rebranded, different plastic, same electronics.

Turnigy and flysky are the same radios. I have the flysky version, changed the firmware to the open source er97x and didn't like it.. Then could not find the original flysky firmware but found the turnigy firmware so used that and it works exactly like the original flysky.
