Perhaps you can measure with a resistance meter D12 (PB4=Miso=C2Data) against GND? It should read the same as D11 against GND.
All unconnected and un-powered...
Both D11 to GND and D12 to GND measures same 1k.

It is important to measure with + at the D11/D12 Pin and - at GND...
But it depends very much on the meter (testing current differs).
I get here about 7.8KOhm with at testing current of 100ľA.

Please repeat the measurement with Arduino Board plugged into USB, to power it up. But connect nothing else.
I the resistance is again 1K, there seem to be some resistors somewhere terminating the lines...

It must be because of my cheap multimeter but It reads nothing when - probe at GND. If I put + probe on GND both reads 717R now. When usb connected reading drops to 642R.
There is no resistors connected between atmga328 and pins.

.
]Sounds quite normal...
Anyway the C2D line checking will be defused in Rev 11.1 in general, as there are no negative side effects.

Sorry to ask a possibly dumb question, but would it be theoretically possible to modify the firmware on these ESC's to provide telemetry data output (voltage, current, speed etc like some high-end ESC's do eg Jeti Mezon) ? I've searched but found no mention of the idea.

It is not in the main BLHeli repo, but has been done:

Works hassle free.
Does the same Job as Silabs Toolstick and fits plug and play to the Origin 10A ESC, or the Origin double ESC.
If you want to use it with a different plug, be aware that the colors are different from the "standard" colors in the BLHeli manual (red=C2CK, white=C2D,black=GND).

Color meanings of the stick here is:
yellow= C2D
black = C2CK
red = GND

Hey guys,

Is anyone using HK 10 amp escs flashed with Blheli 11 with RCX 1804 motors having any sink problems?

I just finished a machine today and the left front end of my Y6 looks to be having a sink problem during acceleration (drop outs).

Are any other changes needed in the firmware when flashing for this combo (timing etc.) or is the default setting working fine for others?

Thanks,
Randy

Seems from many posts in RCG that this motor often causes sync problems.
Ordered one for test .

Hey, I have those motors and a couple of ESC's that can be flashed to test.

Plush 6A, Plush 10A and XP12A

Quick question, I've been searching but I didn't find yet answer to this.
Is it possible after flashing to alter the settings using the servo plug? (not talking about TX programming)
I ask as I'm about to flash some ESC's and I depending on this I either wrap them in shrink tube or not.
Thanks!

I'm using the same motors on 2 other quads with no problems but use other brand of escs, plush 10 amp and rcx 10 amp. No sink problems with these so the motors are not the issue.
