Hey guys, like the V911 thread, the original WLToys Beetle quad review thread has been overrun by posts regarding price changes on Banggood and tracking posts... (Believe me, I get very eager whenever I have a post on the way too :P)
Anyways, these posts may make it difficult for people looking for technical information about the Beetle to find what they are looking for..so here's a separate thread for discussions relating to the price, dealers, deals and tracking (or other off topic discussions loosely related to the Beetle)

Anyone have any good vendors? I would even take a higher priced U.S. vendor as I can just use my one from banggood for spares.. I want my beetle lol!

Sounds like its in customs in china or the us

"出口总包互封开拆" means the stuff had already left China for US.

Got mine from banggood today, ordered on 6/23. Made it to the US on 6/30, and through customs to my local post office 7/4, arrived at my door 7/5. Overall I'd say it wasn't too bad and was within their 10 business day shipping timeframe.

Bang good sent me email that mine shipped 6/ 26 and was ordered before that date. So mabye soon it will arrive. How was it sent ? Assembly required as mentioned? I just got a T-Rex 100X and box is amazingly small. Rotor head need to be installed as couple of arms attached. Kind of a pain as real small parts and little to hold on to. Canopy needed little fussing with but i won that battle.

It was sent via whatever the standard free shipping is on banggood. Also because I ordered and it shipped prior to them taking them apart it came whole in the "retail" box.

Could you guys post the date, website and price you got your quad at on here? I think a chart of prices may help others find the best deal for them. And if you can specify the country you are in, then even better! Thanks!

I ordered mine from Banggood on the 6/27/12 RTF $41.55 Im In America and the quad is still in China.

Two ordered from Banggood. To the UK

First 22 June price £35.40 Stirling.

Second 26 June price £26.77 Stirling (was when price dropped)

Received neither yet, first not dispatched for 4 days (supposed 24Hr), so now they are only 1-2 days apart according to last tracking at Hangzhou International 4 days ago.

Hopefully here tomorrow or Monday, definately the proverbial slow boat this time.

I ordered from BangGood on 6/28. It was boxed the same day, entered mail system on July 1 and is just leaving China now. Moving along very nicely.

This is for 19cm version. The smaller one was not same day shipping (it specifically said 1-3 days) at the time I placed my order.

I have placed orders with various China venders before. Most of the time when there has been a hold up I've been able to track the issue to New York. Every time thats where it bogs down. Mine shipped from china on the 30 June and is once again some where in New York

Ordered from Banggood on 7-3 for $42.32, showed shipped on 7-4. Tracking shows: "Depart from Flytexpress Sorting Center" on 7-5. Apparently, it has to get to China Post next to ship to the US.
