Help!

Need help blowing up .jpg and save as a .pdf.


Looking for some help blowing up two pics and save them as .pdf's.

Need both pics to show a length of 90 inches from bow to stern. One of the colored pics and one of black and white photos i pulled from web.

Recoverying from neck surgery and do not have program to do this.
Any help will be very appreciated. Would like to know what programs that can be used too.

Or this to do the jpg to pdf.

Adobe 10 reader will enlarge and tile pdf and its free.
