Question about using a 10T brushed car esc in a boat, using twin 55T brushed motors

The esc in question is a lipo tazer 10T. Its rated at 250 amps continious. I'm currently using my second one in a rc truck powered with two 15T motors with no problems. It really takes a lot of amps.
But my question comes as it does not sport watercooling.... If the max load it will ever have to dish out in the boat is only going to be 30 amps, will it ever reach thermal cut-off? I don't think it will need watercooling? Am I right?

Secondly. These 55T motors I've got draws less than 10 amps in my RC truck when I pus it against a wall and spin the back wheels. So they are not power hungry at all. Does this mean I can safely run them in a boat without fearing excess heat built-up? Yes I want this boat to run without watercooling This setup will drive a fishing boat I'll use to deliver my bait at the precise spot everytime.

Second the recommendation. No water cooling needed.

Guys, and maybal gals, do we even have gals registered here that shares the same passion?
Just one more question about this motor. Since it does not built up a lot of heat. Can I seal of all the airholes in order to keep dirt and water out? I won't do this with the one running in the boat, but was thinking of doing this on the motor I use in my RC truck. Dirt always find their way inside my motors.

1/2 a bubble off

Wouldn't recommend it. On a long enough run it'll fry. External air cooling alone isn't enough. Covering the holes keeps the armature windings from being able to cool off. The cooling holes are there for good reason.
