Yeah, I get tail wiggle on high speed passes. Can do an experiment if you want to disconnect the control rod on the rudder, and tape the rudder straight..

But if Nitro says it still wags without AS3X, I believe him!

Now to find what it is...

Ok so it can't be P Factor...
...must be EDF Factor!!

Seriously though, it must be some sort of high speed thing with the split rudder.
Makes me wonder if the elevator does the same thing but the AS3X is better at hiding that?

It can be a bit tricky ,you need to left the little tab so the wire releases. Try your finger nail, or something flat and hard. piece or wire may work

One of the small flat head screw drivers works well. Just need to lift the wire over the keeper.

Had 5 more great flights today. The Nanos work pretty well. Just waiting for the JR Indoor to get here.

Thanks! Ill store a tiny flathead in my mig box!

Edit, I always saw this as a problem when they releaswd the manual, but the manual says to not belly land with guns installed, did a couple searches couldnt figure it out, do any of you belly land with the guns installed?

People have glued, epoxied, etc them in and they will break off with repeated belly landings.

I noticed the "tail wag" today... on a low, high-speed pass, I saw a "conical look" to the motion that made it look like "dutch roll" to me.

Can we increase the gain of the Yaw axis dampening?

Glued my guns with regular Elmer's just to give the a little hold. After 3 flights they were aiming at the ground. Took them off and I'll use them when flying indoor with the gear on.

My guns ripped off on my FIRST belly landing on grass, and left a stupid looking scar where they were supposed to be. Shoulda listened to the manual, gotta remember that for next time! I honestly think the glue you use has nothing to do with it, it's just weak foam holding it in place.
