Well, you know, there is a Slicko 3D for Realflight 6.5 that is rumored to fly exactly like its real life counterpart.....

Wish I had a Realflight 6.5. All I have is the Realflight basic . Have to get my son in law to look at my lap top to see if it will run a 6.5.

I have made my mind up on coloring the white planes....I will not be using any kind of "sharpie" type markers from now on....spray paint only. color keeps rubbing off.

I had the same problem with sharpie. I spray some clear coat paint over the area to seal the sharpie.

Did more work on the plane today, readied the servo arms with the linkage connectors, added some carbon fiber rods to the underside of the tail from the lower body to the outboard end of the stab, ( not included with the kit ), and mounted the upper body, servos, and firewall to the plane. here are more pics

"Just a dab of glue on the servo tabs." Yeah, I guess I over did it on my build. I glued all around the body AND the tabs. She could probably be a whole lot lighter given that was my glue method for the entire build. Oh, well guess you live and learn.

Had blast flying with you guys last night.

For those guys who have never flown in a multi-player session, you gotta do it!

We must have flown our Slickos (and a couple other planes and helis) for close to 3 hours.

Looking forward to the next Slicko club virtual fly.

Ok, what Battery

I'm ready to buy one, what battery? I see some on 2 cell and 3 cell, does a 2 cell 500 mah have plenty of pull out?

I am flying with the Nano-Tec 460 2 cell. it weighs about 30 grams. Try to stay real close to that battery weight for 2 cells, and not over 40 grams for a 3 cell
