I LOVE the aileron drive setup!!

Have you ever used that control system (with bigger servos) on larger models?

why wont it fly
someone else here on RCG has done it on a normal foamy (think it might have been Donatas?)

i use a Rotary Drive System on our larger models, not sure if the servo will like all the hinge load as well as controll loads

The idea of aileron setup is good. but ..I have tried once with this before it's not good in my case(foamie with cf rod).
I found that if the vibration caused by driving the servo is to great the two servos will end up causing non stop resonance and the whole plane would just shake until I did some adjustment again. One of my servos (using plastic gear) was broken down after several test fly.
I guess a metal gear will last longer.
