I've just search on google, but nobody mentions the weight of this camera ...until now

I found it in a thread of a german FPV forum : http://fpv-community.de/showthread.p...ion-Baubericht
(simply use tarnslation by google : http://translate.google.com/translat...ion-Baubericht)

"Die Kamera hat im Auslieferungszustand ein Gewicht von 10,3 Gramm."
"This camera has a stock weight of 10.3g" (free translation)
"...after stripping just 6g.."

It's very good guide with lots of pictures!

Ok, now 2 o 3 weeks passed since first experiments using gws props.
Are they still recommended or is there some bad side compared to stock props?

no negative yet - besides the bad balance in delivery condition - already spoken of.
The blades are considerably thinner than stock - therefore not so impact-resistant

Thanks. But are there really flight improvements?
Yes, I read that stock balance is very poor...

They offer a noticable plus of punch.
no more, no less - if this stresses the motors too much and reduces their lifetime I can't say yet - had only 15-20 flights with them.

It's the gws 5443 ... I found it cured my wobble of death completely and has much more punch... It is as durable as the other stock blades ... At least from my pov...

This job took me to this heli-addiction.
One of my komrades bought a small cheap Hawkspy LT 711 and was buzzing it around our fire department.
We literally had to rip the TX out of his hands as he started to fly in the shower - Cam switched on.....
Then I remembered my early days as a kid, wanting such a thing but couldn't afford it - and bought me my 40th birthday present - a RC-Heli
That was May.... now, ~ 20 Helis and 4 quads later still addicted - getting speeches from my missus and searching places to hide my spare toys
-mike-
P.S.
My job saved me some helis - stuck in trees.... so called my crew for an exercise with the turntable ladder
