And I bet you were calm cool and collected when it came time to cut those holes right?!!! I would have been a wreck...the first time the cutter touched the hull it would have skidded all the way to the water line. It is just what happens in my world, I am glad it went well for you. It looks very nice.

Funny you say that,I had talked to Tim B after I did one side and said"At least stillI have all my hair, whats left of it".It went well in the 2nd side too.
I had to do it that way I just got them today.I found a guy on line that makes them, nice stuff.

The fromt of the cabin is finished ,the windows gave me fits I am sure the side ones will too.
Toerail is on and the handrails for the cabin top are ready to go when I get the lights
I am going with 2 ESC's I think it will be more fun to run

GEORGE- YOU BE THE MAN!!! Great job on a great subject. There is something about this type of hull that is appealing to a lot of folks and manufactures as well.

Back in the day LAKE UNION, CHRIS CRAFT, AND MATTHEWS, to name a few, all made similar models of that type. I had as one of my future models looked toward the 1941 MATTHEWS 38, Convertible to model in 1/12th scale.

Again great job on the model. By the way, did you use splatter trunk paint on the interior of the hull? Good choice if you did, makes for a clean looking professional job.
