Question

FlySky FS-GT2 2.4G 2CH Gun Transmitter for Radio Controlled Cars w/ Receiver

Can this radio be adjusted to slow down throttle response for my 5 year son? or do I need to upgrade to a computer radio.

You can glue/tape a small piece of wood behind the trigger so it won't go beyond part throttle, but that's about your only option other than running slower gearing.

also some esc's have built in features like cutting down to 50% power etc. my velineon vxl3s does. or use a smaller battery? or what wparson said...but I would rather open the transmitter and put the piece inside behind the trigger. kids are curious!

if u can't find an exact piece use jb weld or similar...move the throttle back to where u want it...shove the pudding in, wait a few seconds to let it semi dry then pull it out...let it fully dry than place it back in...easy to remove and won't leave a mark!
