Hobbyking Phoenix 2000 Glider.... Dead
Well, i did crash my Phonenix 2000 for the last time now.
Burned out the speed controller and everything just froze midair which made a nice spiral. I hate when electronics do this, it's more fun if you pilot error the sucker and crash it.

Are you running everything stock? I have the same one....from Hobbyking.
The speed control gets really hot...i limit myself to 20 seconds of power and then glide.... I have upgraded it to a 40 and it stays cold. Its just the stock setup is too much for the little 25AMP speed control. Kevin |
