No reason, just didnt want to cut link cable.. bit overboard .. you could probably just use header pins

Ok.. have done a bit more work to the new guide.. have created a PDF, its a first draft and probably has some errors...

Would apreciate if someone could proof it..

Its quite large so give it time to download.

Use it at your own risk.. goes without saying..

:/ nebstress left? We're screwed lol

We really need better organized Multirotor forum. Multikopter has a great structure.

wait so can minimOSD be used with CRIUS without modification or another piece of hardware or not? i dont understand what it said there, i just want to be able to have an OSD feed in the future.

also, can the OSD display be configured in the planner still?

Sorry not sure of the question.. so will try and answer what I think you are asking

Yes MinimOSD can work without other hardware with the Crius with MegapirateNG. However MinimOSD is just an OSD, you will still need a video tx and rx and something to view the video feed on.

The planner shows information from the Crius AIO either via USB or 3DR Radios or Bluetooth.

OSD information will appear in the video feed, which I think you can show in a window in the planner.. but havent tried that.

MinimOSD has its own configuration program http://code.google.com/p/arducam-osd/download
s/detail?name=OSD_Config.zip&can=2&q=

Hope that makes sense..
