It should auto level the plane just like a quad. I havent used it but other flight controllers will allow hands off level flight even in windy conditions. There may also be some fly-by-wire function which would convert your radios stick deflections into a bank angle but Im just guessing. I have one on the way and Im going to try it in a wing.

Thanks for the explanation...I was just curious...kind of sounds like using gyros on a plane...guess its the same idea....

let us know how it works on your wing...

^^^^ dang! Thought I might be first with my living room hover just now.

This board is really cool. Very stable.

HK is going to have a hard time keeping these in stock.

Yeah, I was thinking about it, didnt want to get too fancy though, being a $30 board, an overengineered encosure might end up costing more.

I was thinking maybe a simple plastic cage/cover.

Dude! That was some incredible roll rate? What motors are you rockin? Or is it the KK2 that is allowing that? My flips with the KK are slow motion and need LOTS of altitude!

I land in the trees
The KK2 control boards are back in stock at Hobbyking. Get 'em while you can. I just ordered one. The original BuddyCode that KapteinKUK posted is not valid, and they aren't supplying new codes with the orders.
