CNC Machined Quad Arms?

Hey guys,
I recently have been getting into quad's over tri's and I have a quad arm machined from 6061 aluminum off of my diy cnc and I was wondering what ya guys think! I would be happy to make a few to sell at a modest price. Just wondering if any of you guys have any interest in these.
Obviously I would make sets btw,

Specifications:

Length- 8.5"

Width- 1.25"

Thickness- .25"

Can fit suppo 18a esc snug in recessed part of the arm

Weighs about 1.5oz Approx. (Can't find my scale)

I would definitely be interested if I didn't already have a third quad to finish Like the design a lot.

Don'y worry, I'll be making center plates too. I just finished up all for a few minutes ago so I will post pictures later on today. I just wanted to give you guys a heads up on this because I probably wont begin to sell the first kit until this weekend. I would like to finish up the center chassis first and do a review on it. Thanks for all of your interests and PM me for individual jobs off topic to the quads please.

Thanks again,
Max Kauker

They look pretty nice but being aluminum I'd be a bit concerned about their ability to maintain and/or return to their original static state when they are used in an application where they are subjected to periodic or even repeated sudden deceleration events, if you know what I mean.

Yeah I completely understand. Aluminum is alot stronger than you would think though. I try to bend these with all of my strength and can't do it. I am thinking about making a test arm and video me trying to destroy it by use of gravity if you know what I mean

One last question to through at you guys. What would be the color of choice for the center chassis for a quad? I can get,
Blue
Red
Black
White
Grey
Green Or
Purple

Sorry guys, By looking at my plastic stock pile, only have enough for the demo.

I'll be ready by next week though.

You might just want to put one together and drop it off your roof. Trying to do it by hand is a lot like using a hammer to push in a nail. It just isn't quite the same.
