Best electric plane in 16 mph wind?

What is the best elerctric plane to fly in wind of 16mph and up. I tried a small flying wing today and it was disaster. I am thinking of a Zagi. All suggestions would be appreciated but please suggest a plane that you have actually flown in 16moh wind.

Everyone will have their own idea of 'the best' plane but as a rule the bigger, heavier and the faster flying the plane is the better it will be in high winds. Small, lightweight 'floaty' planes are worse effected.

Yep the wings are great - usually even the light ones. You might want to look at the Stryker it will handle it with ease.

That's really going to depend on your skill and experience as an RC pilot. Are you looking for something that will just fly around nice and stable? Or are you more into 'playing' in the wind?
What I mean by 'playing', some planes are a blast to throw around in the wind, doing stunts and stuff, but it all depends on your skill level.
If you are looking for something that will just be a stable flyer but still fun, most of the larger stick type planes are pretty good. I've even flown my Mini Ultra Stick in winds over 20 MPH with no real problems.
If you're looking for something that's just sheer fun, I have a Multiplex Gemini stunt Bipe that is a small foamie, but with the right amount of power is an absolute kick in the wind, even up to 20 MPH.
It just depends on what you're looking for.

Flew my stick in wind about that. Was controllable, got it back with no damage, so I'd say it was fine.

HH's UMX Beast 3D with AS3X. No kidding. People fly them when 100cc planes are grounded. If the wind is strong enough you can practice stationary aerobatics. Really incredible in the wind.

I've flown my Combat Wing XE2 in 30-35 mph gusts. It was literally flying backwards. Same tough EPP construction as a Zagi, but a little faster.

... Here's another vote for combat wings

Last year I flew a 28" finless wing in 35-40mph wind conditions. Yeah, I do know how strong that is. It was ridiculous. The little wing was set up for 100mph+ ... and I had to fly it because this was on a hunting trip at the farm with all the guys standing around waiting to see the plane fly

It was... an experience. Not something I'd like to do again, but the plane flew and landed.

16mph wind with a proper plane and power system is like peanuts

Depends on you. I flew a super cub LP in 20mph wind yesterday. Granted it wasn't the most relaxed flight but it was interesting.

Stryker F27C is always great in the wind.

Why was it a disaster? Wings are great for wind.
